We are a social business from Hamburg-St. Pauli that supports social projects in the countries where the ingredients are grown by selling organic and fair trade drinks. We make drinks the way they should be. Every bottle contains only the best organic ingredients and supports fair trade. Lemonaid & ChariTea e.V. has already supported over 80 social projects in Africa, Latin America and Asia.

Your Mission.
+ Key Account Management (KAM): Lead the management of key accounts in the grocery retail sector, fostering and expanding relationships with major national and regional retail chains.
+ Annual Negotiations: Take full responsibility for annual negotiations on product listings, pricing, promotional plans, and other terms with key accounts.
+ Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans for key accounts to meet revenue and growth targets, while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
+ Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring that strong, long-term partnerships are maintained.
+ Market and Competitor Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales performance.
+ Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align customer needs with company offerings.
+ Reporting and Forecasting: Provide detailed reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market conditions to senior management.
+ Leadership and Mentorship: Mentor sales reps, sharing knowledge and experience to develop their skills.
Your Profile.
+ Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
+ Several years of experience in key account management, preferably within the grocery retail (LEH) or FMCG sectors.
+ Proven success in negotiating and managing key retail accounts, with a track record of achieving sales and growth targets.
+ Strategic thinking: Ability to develop long-term sales strategies and translate them into action.
+ Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers at retail chains.
+ Leadership experience: Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
+ Analytical mindset: Ability to interpret data, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
+ Passion for sustainable products and alignment with the mission and values of Lemonaid.
+ Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
+ You live in Hamburg or Berlin.
