We are a social business from Hamburg-St. Pauli that supports social projects in the countries where the ingredients are grown by selling organic and fair trade drinks. We make drinks the way they should be. Every bottle contains only the best organic ingredients and supports fair trade. Lemonaid & ChariTea e.V. has already supported over 80 social projects in Africa, Latin America and Asia.

Your Mission.
As an International HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you’ll provide strategic and operational HR support across our European markets, with a focus on the Netherlands, France, and the UK. You will partner closely with local leadership to drive HR initiatives that align with our mission and support the growth of our international teams.
- Partner with local leadership in the Netherlands, France, and the UK to deliver HR solutions aligned with Lemonaid’s mission and culture.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and practices that drive employee engagement, support team growth, and reflect our company values.
- Provide guidance and support on all HR matters, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and retention, in line with local market practices and regulations.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for international roles, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Foster a consistent and positive culture across regions, developing initiatives that strengthen our brand and engagement in each market.
- Identify and support learning and development opportunities, including tailored development plans to empower teams in the Netherlands, France, and the UK.
- Regularly analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights that drive strategic HR decisions and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with regional employment laws and internal HR policies.
